If there is an issue with your order, please contact us! Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item you receive is different from what you ordered. If you order the wrong item or change your mind, we cannot accept a return. We are always happy to answer any questions you have prior to placing your order!
Prices are shown on our website, but final pricing can be adjusted at our discretion based on the complexity of the piece and how much time it will require. If a request is made that may require an up-charge, it will ALWAYS be discussed upfront- you are always welcome to contact us with specific questions and design ideas!
If you provide a high-quality image/file that doesn't require any editing on our end, your order will not incur the development fee.
If you provide a blurry/low quality image that requires editing on our end, or if you reach out with an idea that you'd like us to bring to life, your order will incur the development fee.

Color matching can be tricky but we're always happy to source a shade/finish that more closely resembles what you're envisioning! We can't guarantee an exact match but can find something closer than our "standard" options!
This would incur an upcharge which would be discussed upfront- the upcharge amount will vary depending on where we are able to source the material.
You're welcome to reach out to receive a mock-up of your request prior to placing your order!
Since fitment is detailed in the product descriptions, we are not able to accept returns if you order the wrong console cover in error as these are a made-to-order item. Please be sure to review the fitment details before ordering your console cover and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or to confirm compatibility!
If you experience any issues regarding the shipment/delivery of your order, please contact your local post office for additional information or for help processing a claim. Once a package has left our care, we unfortunately do not have control over any postal issues that may arise.
