​Free shipping is available on orders over $200.00 USD via USPS Ground Advantage. We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Items ship from Pittsburgh, PA and may take longer to get to the West Coast and Canada.​​

Once a package is delivered by us to the Post Office, we don't have any additional information beyond the tracking information provided. If you experience delivery issues, we always recommend first reaching out to your local post office for any additional information they can provide.
