2. Custom Products & Design Work

2.1 Customization Policy

We specialize in custom acrylic products, including but not limited to:

• Custom emblems

• Interior accessories

• Acrylic wall art

• Personalized designs and one-of-one creations

Because most orders are custom-made, details such as materials, finishes, colors, and sizing may vary slightly from digital previews or user submissions.

2.2 Customer-Provided Artwork

If you upload, submit, or request artwork/designs, you confirm that:

• You have the legal right to use the design, OR

• You have obtained permission from the rightful owner

• Your submission does not infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property

We are not responsible for the legal use of any customer-provided logos or copyrighted imagery.

We do not verify whether customer-submitted artwork is licensed, copyrighted, or trademarked. All responsibility for legal use rests solely with the customer.

Custom orders using customer-provided artwork are produced as one-off personal items and are not reproduced, sold, or distributed by us.

2.3 Design Approvals

For custom work, digital proofs or mock-ups may be provided before production.
Once a proof is approved by you, no further changes can be made.

3. Order Processing & Production Times

Production times vary depending on complexity and order volume. Standard estimated time: 1-7 business days, depending on the product ordered.

Rush production may be available for an additional fee.

We reserve the right to extend production times during:

• High-volume periods

• Material shortages

• Unexpected delays outside our control

You will be notified if a delay is expected.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies at any time, including after an order is placed.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/debit cards

• PayPal

• Wix Payments

• Any other methods offered through our checkout

All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.

5.1 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for:

• Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

• Lost, stolen, or delayed packages handled by carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx

5.2 Tracking

Tracking information is provided once a label is created.

5.3 Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package is lost or arrives damaged:

• Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim

• Contact us with photos so we can help assist in resolving the issue

We do not issue refunds for items damaged or lost by the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

6.1 Custom Items

All custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
This includes any item personalized with names, colors, dimensions, or custom designs.

6.2 Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective or incorrect product due to our error:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Provide clear photos/videos of the issue

• We will remake or replace the item at no cost

6.3 Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
Once work has started, cancellations are not permitted.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, product photos, website content, and product concepts created by KAS Auto & Custom remain our exclusive intellectual property.

You may not:

• Copy our designs

• Reproduce our products

• Use our images or content without written permission

8. Accuracy of Information & Product Variations

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However:

• Color may vary due to screen displays

• Laser-cut or handmade items may have minor variations

• Thickness, texture, or finish of acrylic can vary slightly between manufacturers

These variations do not qualify as defects.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Improper installation or misuse of products

• Damage caused by weather, car washes, chemicals, heat exposure, or accidents

• Any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products

All products are used at your own risk.

If you create an account on our site, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of your information.

You agree not to use this site for:

• Fraudulent orders
